we have our in-house quality inspectors who will be based in Japan as well as America sourcing and inspecting all the pre-loved music instruments prior sending back to Malaysia for refurbish & recondition works. Besides having our in-house inspectors, we are also engaging local well reputed 3rd party inspection company commencing the sourcing & inspection. Our major preloved brands of Piano (both grand piano & upright) are YAMAHA, SHIGERU KAWAI,KAWAI, STEINWAY & SONS, Blüthner & Etc.
